This year MAGNAT presented its projects jointly with Squadra Immobilien GmbH & Co. KGaA  and other Frankfurt based real estate companies.

Schrödterhaus, Leipzig

On August 26, 2009 the Schrödterhaus' show floor was opened. Schrödterhaus was a acquired by Squadra GmbH & Co. KGaA  in November 2008. Squadra is a significant investment of MAGNAT in Germany.  The traditional buildiing in the centre of Leipzig is being re-developed to a modern office- and retail building.

Expo Real 2008, Munich, October 6-8, 2008

At Expo Real 2008, MAGNAT shared a joint stand with the asset manager R-Quadrat and presented its projects in Germany, Austria and Eastern Europe. Russian and Bavarian specialities were served at our MAGNAT booth party.
